Conveniently located close to public transport via Ferry, Bus or Train!This is a new role, brought upon by significant growth of the business.In this role you will be working in a social and energetic team of 5 and get full exposure to Payroll, month-end processing and AP.Paying up to 95k + Super. This role would suit someone who is thorough, diligent, highly organised and enjoys streamlining processes.Responsibilities:Payroll:Process fortnightly payroll for full-time, part-time, and casual staff.Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations, including tax and superannuation obligations.Maintain accurate employee records, including leave balances and entitlements.Manage employee queries related to payroll and provide timely resolutions.Assist with bank reconciliations, month-end, and year-end financial closing processes.Assist with preparing accurate financial reports and records for management review.Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and government regulations.Maintain up-to-date and organised financial records for auditing purposes.Accounts Payable:Process invoices, match purchase orders, and maintain accurate records of all payments.Manage supplier relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding invoices.Management of multiple bank accountsProfile:Proven experience with Payroll, ideally in a multi-sited business.Experience using Employment Hero and MYOB AccountRight is desirable, but not essential.Extensive knowledge of payroll and month-end processesExcellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.For more information, please apply ASAP.Edward Mann Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
