You will assemble components for Cochlear''s implant systems, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met. You will work at our Macquarie or Lane Cove facilities, in cleanroom or controlled environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manufacturing tasks according to work instructions and procedures.Adhere to Cochlear''s Quality Management System (QMS).Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment.Utilize micro assembly skills, including microscope work.Follow gowning procedures for safety and compliance.Shift PatternsInitially, shifts are:Day shift: 6am 2pmAfternoon shift: 2:15pm 10:15pmFlexibility across teams, locations, and shifts is required.Candidate ProfileMicro assembly skills, including microscope workSoldering experience is a plusGood English reading and writing skillsAbility to wear manufacturing garments (mask, gloves, etc.)High school leavers are encouraged to applyAdditional InformationEmployment is contingent upon a successful pre-employment medical exam.
