Your role will involve driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales department. You will be the first point of contact in the sales process for potential customers.Lightspeeds Outbound team is experiencing rapid growth. We have refined our processes over the years, and now we are expanding our team and reach. Were not an ordinary company, and we dont expect you to be either. Keep reading if you love selling, delighting customers, and have a passion for technology!What youll be doing:Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities via phone, email, and in person by reaching out to decision-makers.Engaging and qualifying new leads through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).Collaborating with our Account Executive team to book demonstrations for prospective customers.Working with Marketing/Sales to develop new strategies for growth based on market feedback.Meeting clear monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.What you need to bring:Were looking for someone with experience in:Sales or call centre environments, especially target-based roles.Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills.Tech-savviness and willingness to assist less tech-savvy clients.An entrepreneurial, agile mindset, proactive approach, and flexibility to meet business needs.Experience with Retail/Hospitality POS systems or technology is a plus but not required.If youre unsure about your fit, dont hesitate to apply and give it a try! #J-18808-Ljbffr
