Starting at a Band 2 while training for your Certificate IV in Business, upon completion you will be a fully qualified Band 4 Customer Service Officer. Work towards this ongoing position to open up a variety of pathways that Local Government can offer.In this role you will be part of the highly motivated and supportive Customer Experience team.
