About UsJemena is an Australian energy company that owns and operates over $12.4 billion worth of gas and electricity transportation assets across Australia, supplying millions of households and businesses with essential services every day.About the roleIn this newly created role, as a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing a strategic roadmap that aligns with the Corporate functions and Procurement, Property, and Fleet business functions strategic objectives.Key responsibilities include:Design, develop, configure, and test solutions to address operational issues, enhancements, and incident response challenges, providing business and project support.Collaborate with the business and external vendors to develop effective and efficient system solutions that meet business requirements, while maximizing the benefits of Jemena''s ecosystems.Document business requirements, functional design documents, and business cases for proposed initiatives, ensuring best practice design and consulting on options for business consideration.Review, refine, and assess enhancement backlogs, proactively identifying opportunities for business process improvements.Contribute to the successful execution of initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to support implementation and benefits realization.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate experience as a Business Analyst in a Digital/Technology environment, with a strong understanding of SAP, modern digital solutions, and business process optimization, along with:Proven experience working with modern digital solutions, including cloud platforms, AI-driven applications, automation tools, and system integrations.Ability to assess business needs and translate them into digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive growth.Experience leading collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Relevant tertiary qualification.We are champions of equal opportunity employment and are committed to gender equity and First Nations representation.
