You should be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, experienced in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or related fields. Problem-solving, goal-setting, and a good understanding of the local labour market are essential. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks are important.
