Our primary purpose is to enable kids, young people and adults living with disability and their families to participate in the community to their full potential.Job DescriptionThe Manager Community Programs is responsible for service delivery, operations and outcomes for a portfolio of existing and emerging Community Programs in our hubs and community more broadly in metropolitan Adelaide and for business growth and program development in line with customer needs.Desired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to lead teams to achieve outcomes, you will manage your own work schedule and projects, and work to tight deadlines. Your ability to grow a program or business, coupled with experience in controlling budgets, resources and governance processes will see you succeed in this role.Skills and attributes you will bring to the role include:Tertiary qualifications in disability, health, human services or similar fieldDemonstrated experience in managing and achieving client service outcomes and business growth working within the Human Services sectorStrong interpersonal skills and a preparedness to work collaboratively with both internal and external staff, clients and stakeholdersExperience with managing and monitoring financial outcomesDemonstrated drive, passion and commitment.Were serious about safeguarding our clients. A fully maintained fleet vehicle is available for work and personal use. Additionally, you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum, decreasing your taxable income and increasing your take-home pay.
