About the roleWe have a 1-year fixed term contract opportunity for a Business Applications Senior Analyst joining our IT Operations team based in our Leederville office and reporting to our Manager Business Applications. This includes an 11.5% standard employer contribution, plus an additional 2% employer co-contribution that matches your own 2% contributionPurchase additional leave of up to 12 weeks or work 4 years at a reduced salary and take the fifth year off as paid leaveDiscover more benefits we offer to support the unique and individual ways our employees live.What the role will involveMonitor and manage the ongoing stability, efficiency, and performance of the SAP SuccessFactors service.Engagewith business stakeholders and external service providers to develop clear requirements and collaborate on solution designs to address general and complex business requirements.Ensure privacy and security are front-and-centre in everything we deliver.Configure and/or coordinate development, testing and documentation of approved system changes for both enhancements and system maintenance following ITIL best practices.Analyse and define complex business process and stakeholder needs and translate into application requirements and designs.Maintain relationships with assigned business representatives and external service providers.Mentor and coach Analysts as part of their ongoing development, to ensure Enterprise Applications has adequate skills coverage across all supported systems.Lead and support the implementation of continuous improvement within Customer Systems for the delivery of services.Key skills and experienceTertiary level qualifications in technology related discipline.Significant experience of SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Learning, Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.Experience of role-based permission management in SAP SuccessFactors.Knowledge of the release management process between SAP SuccessFactors environments.Demonstrated knowledge of application development lifecycle and phases.Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a high pressure / time critical environment.Highly developed organisational, planning and prioritization skills.Diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical skills to triage application and/or integration related issues.Apply: If you are interested in the above opportunity, please submit a covering letter and resume that best demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements of the role.As part of the recruitment process you may be required to complete pre-employment screening which may include a medical, qualification check, police clearance and Australian working rights check.Applications close Wednesday 11th June 2025Our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplaceDiversity and inclusion are more than words.
