The wholly-owned subsidiary has its National Sales Centre based in Sydney home to some of Australia''s most recognisable brands which include Audi, CUPRA, Skoda and Volkswagen.About Your New RoleThe Sales Planning and Ordering Analyst is a key role within the sales team and is responsible for the key tasks of the sales planning function including sales and wholesale forecasting, incentive planning and analysis, and order management for the koda brand.The Main Responsibilities IncludeResponsible for the delivery of accurate and timely reports to koda Head Office, koda Australia, the Dealer Network and associates agencies as per reporting scheduleConduct analysis of market trends, competitor performance and market forecastsManage Order Intake and Dealer Traffic process and maintain and continuously improve Dealer Contact ReportsLead internal stakeholders and collaborate with finance to provide information regarding all retail campaigns, recommended actions and drive performance by ensuring they receive timely information regarding quarterly campaignsReview impact of current and previous tactical campaigns and proactively recommend improvementsMonitor all factory vehicle orders and reconcile actual production with orders placed and resolve any exceptionsLiaise with factory colleagues to ensure vehicle production quota meets sales planAssist other departments with sourcing and ordering of vehicles (Company Fleet, Corporate Fleet, Marketing, etc.)Selection CriteriaTo succeed in this role, candidates will need to possess the following:Experience in developing reports and visualising reports that support managements decision making processStrong analytical ability and communication skillsPractical problem solving skills with an operational focusHigh attention to detail and time management skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel & Power PointOur Benefits, Rewards And Recognition IncludeA culture of continuous learning, growth and development.
