This is a full-time permanent position.In this role, you will join a team that stands as the cornerstone of ALDI''s commitment to safety. Our Workplace Safety and Health team does more than just abide by rules and regulations; we create them, prioritising the well-being of our employees above all else. Our responsibilities range from developing and implementing health and safety policies to identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring that our workers operate in a safe, healthy environment each and every day.You will have the opportunity to not only protect our staff but also to create an atmosphere of care and mindfulness across the business. Your work will directly impact the lives of our employees, promoting a culture of safety that extends beyond the workplace.What does the role look like?Provide project and administrative support to the ALDI National Safety Team.Manage SharePoint site for ALDIs Work Health and Safety Management System.Use ARIBA system to process invoices and set up purchase orders for the National Safety team.Use Service Now to track project status and enter updates.Triage incoming emails in the National Safety shared inbox.Liaise with external service providers for wellbeing services.Issuing hazard alerts to regions.Safety audit administration and collation of results.System administration for the teams software systems, including responding to user queries and customisation of user tools and interfaces in the system.Providing general office support services.What do we need from youWhat do we need from you?Excellent verbal and written skillsIntermediate to Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerpointDemonstrated knowledge in Safety database systems ie: SAI Global (Safety Online), Contractor Management System (Pegasus), Chemwatch (FFX Gold) and Safety Culture (iAuditor)Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressureExperience in working on multiple business projects with an interest in health safety and wellbeingA team player; able to work with a range of stakeholders.What''s in it for you?Enjoy 5 weeks annual leave for pursuing your passions outside of workEnjoy the flexibility of hybrid work optionsSupport during lifes most important moments including paid parental leave, including superannuation on parental leaveComplimentary access to free physiotherapy to treat non-work related aches, pains or nigglesWork with a company who has been recognised as an Employer of Choice every year since 2018 - 2024Access to wellness programs such as discounted gym memberships, discounted health insurance and much more!RemunerationTransparent tiered salary range of $96,800 - $107,600 including Superannuation.Ready to embark on a good different career?
