Join us in making a lasting impact.Job DescriptionWere looking for a Senior Bid Coordinator to join our Global Bid Team in the Sydney studio. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative environment, drives best-practice bid processes, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, distinctive proposals.As a key member of our Business Development team, youll manage the end-to-end bid processcoordinating major pursuits, preparing tailored submissions, and following up on outcomes. Youll collaborate with Principals, senior leaders, and technical experts to produce standout, client-focused proposals in Adobe InDesign, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence throughout.You will proactively engage with Principals and work with the BD team, coordinating pipeline of major pursuits in Sydney through to preparing submissions and following up on debriefs.This role offers exposure to high-profile projects and career growth opportunities across business development, strategy, and design communications.What youll do:Collaborate with Leaders to coordinate bid submissions, prioritising tasks and managing deadlines.Oversee and participate in the end-to-end bid coordination process; work across multiple bids within the studio and organisation, demonstrating expertise in managing complex multidisciplinary bids.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and tailor content.Design professional, visually engaging documents using Adobe InDesign.Review and refine submissions to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.Contribute to the wider Business Development function in the studio, including marketing collateral and client engagement.Continuously improve processes for greater efficiency and better outcomes.Drive a culture of design excellence that sets Hassell apart, ensuring bids showcase distinctive and innovative solutions, collaborating with the Marketing Comms team to enhance design quality.Elevate bid quality across Hassell by sharing best practices with studios worldwide.Qualifications5 + years experience in bid coordination, marketing or similar roleExceptional Adobe Suite skills (particularly InDesign)Demonstrated ability to execute design ideas using various digital technologies at a high expertise levelExperience producing high-quality submissionsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectivelyUnderstanding of branding guidelines tailored to client needsHigh accuracy level with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Qualification in Graphic Design (desirableAdditional InformationWhy Hassell?Our team enjoys a wide range of benefits to support their development and well-being:16 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers.A progressive flexible work policy that allows hybrid work, location flexibility and work pattern flexibilityInter-studio transfer opportunitiesWellbeing benefitsDevelopment and training opportunities, including access to online training programs and our People Coach program.Study assistance.Hassell is an inclusive, equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity.
