We inspire, create curiosity, and empower women through their beauty and confidence.The RoleAs the IT Application Support Specialist at Honey Birdette, youll play a vital role in keeping the technology behind our retail operations running smoothly. From our boutiques to our support office, our teams rely on stable, efficient systems, and youll be the person they turn to when things need fixing, improving, or evolving.This role is more than just support; its about being hands-on with the applications that drive our business in partnership with the broader IT team. Youll manage incidents, action service requests, and work on enhancements using .NET, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. Whether its resolving day-to-day issues or contributing to system improvements and automation, your work will directly impact how we operate and grow.Your ability to understand both the technical and business side of things means youll help bridge the gap, ensuring our systems meet real needs while staying reliable and secure.
