Job Title: Production Team LeaderCSL Behring, a global leader in biopharmaceuticals dedicated to saving lives and improving the quality of life for people with rare and serious diseases, is seeking a Production Team Leader to join our Filling team at Broadmeadows site.Reporting to the Production Coordinator, you will work onsite, leading activities within the Filling team to aseptically dispense therapeutic plasma products, oversee filling operations, and maintain QMS systems, procedures, and policies.Shift DetailsYou will work on rotating or permanent night shifts from Monday to Saturday, 8 days in a fortnight. Shift timings are:Morning: 6:00-16:42Day: 8:00-18:42Afternoon: 12:48-23:30Night: 20:00-5:43Your ResponsibilitiesSupport daily production schedules and manage a small team of operators.Troubleshoot filling issues and drive process improvements.Support tech transfers, capacity upgrades, and process optimization.Ensure team training and compliance with GMP, safety, and company policies.Oversee validation, maintenance, and inventory control.Maintain and review batch documentation accurately and promptly.Ensure procedures are current and meet regulatory standards.Support GMP-compliant manufacturing aligned with registered conditions.Assist with investigations and closure of deviations and CAPAs.Your ExperienceQualification in Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical/Process Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or relevant experience.Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries involving line management.Strong understanding of quality systems, including handling deviations, change controls, and quality records.Attention to detail regarding product and process quality.How to ApplyIf passionate about making a difference and joining a dynamic team, please submit your CV in one document.#LI-OnsiteWe prioritize your well-being.
