We specialise in Landscape, Irrigation and Maintenance.We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive workplace for all and are an equal employment opportunity provider.We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to cover for a maternity leave period of 7 months with a possible extension or conversion to a permanent position.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing weekly PayrollEnd to end employee life cycleRecruitment and OnboardingCreating contracts and HR documentation as requiredUpdating and maintaining HR information on relevant systemsManaging and updating the mandatory training registerAssist with employee performance management matters including conducting investigations & disciplinary actionManage all compliance requirements including supporting Return to work requirementsEnsure current procedures relating to Performance Appraisals, Probation Reviews, Quarterly Check-ins are adhered toManage and develop HR strategiesUpdate and create policies & procedures providing best practice suggestionsProvide sound HR advice on employment conditions and other processes undertaken by the business with respect to employee relationsCoach business line managers in relation to people managementWhat is required from youMust have at least 3 years previous experience in a similar role in a medium sized company (experience in construction industry would be advantageous)Tertiary qualification in HR or related field is advantageousAbility to interpret Awards and provide IR adviceAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Word software packageAbility to work with a high degree of autonomyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAn excellent work ethic and mindsetWhat we OfferA supportive and dynamic workplaceImmediate startPossible conversion to permanent full timeExcited to join us?
