As a Cost Analyst, you will be in charge of overseeing cost control activities and ensuring the effective management of project budgets, forecasts, and reporting. You will work closely with contractors, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely cost information is provided to support project decision-making.Duties:Update and maintain cost management systems, including PayApp processing and invoice checkingReconcile monthly costs between internal systems and SAPTrack and reconcile indirect costs including flights, accommodation, and timesheetsEnsure correct facility and commodity coding is appliedRaise Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) and support RFAs and contract variations with cost dataAssist with monthly forecasting, trend analysis, and contingency managementSupport capitalisation and raise project cost transfers as requiredManage and monitor the cost control shared mailboxProvide detailed cost analysis and reporting, including commentary on variances and trendsDevelop and update project cashflow forecastsEnsure compliance with internal project control standards, systems, and proceduresMaintain data integrity across integrated project cost reportsCollaborate with planning, contracts, and estimating teams to assess change impactsCommunicate cost implications clearly to stakeholders and contribute to informed decision-makingAnalyse and report changes against the Integrated Control (IC) or annual plan vs forecastProvide technical cost support to internal project teams and stakeholdersDeliver independent assessments of project package progress and estimate at completion #J-18808-Ljbffr
