Description: About The Role Onsite has an opportunity for a motivated & capable Account Manager to join our team in Silverwater. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working closely with the branch team, you will be responsible for maintaining & growing existing accounts and acquiring new business within your assigned territory. Responsibilities include: Manage & grow the existing customer base Identify and convert new sales opportunities aligned with business sales plans Conduct regular cold calling throughout the territory, increasing awareness of Onsites product range & establishing yourself as the lead point of contact Build & strengthen relationships with existing & potential customers, attending customer events, trade shows & conferences Prepare quotes for hire & support tender submissions Communicate effectively with the branch team to support sales activity & ensure exceptional customer service Maintain accurate client data in CRM system Skills and Experiences: To be successful, you will have: Sales experience in hire/capital equipment/industrial or related industry Ability & willingness to cold call, in person & by phone Proven success in attracting & retaining new business Capacity to work safely & autonomously in the field Resilience & problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution & relationship-building skills Benefits and Perks: Competitive base salary + Incentive Plan + Fully Maintained Vehicle Free Salary Continuance Insurance Discounted health insurance with Bupa + Access to TAL - Health for Life Program National business promoting internal development & career progression Reward & Recognition Program & other employee benefits If youre interested, please APPLY NOW!
