About the Role:As our new Operations Manager, youll drive operational excellence across the business from scheduling and install coordination to system improvements and team development. This role is critical in helping us scale efficiently while delivering top-tier service and workmanship. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across installs, service, logistics, and wholesalersLead and support a high-performing team of Solar and Battery Electricians, Apprentices, and Trades Assistants.Ensure efficient scheduling, and resource allocationKeep projects on track, on time, and up to our high standardsImplement continuous improvements to boost efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support scalable growthFoster a strong team culture aligned with our values and missionManage administrative duties including updating the CRM, reviewing reports, assessing key information, and communicating clearly with wholesalers, customers, and the wider team.
