This team is part of the wider Deals team, which collectively brings deep industry experience and international networks to help businesses succeed from deal concept to deal close.It is an exciting time at PwC. We have a strong pipeline of transactions and are looking for passionate people to join our team.As a Senior Associate you will:Assist with the execution of sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising and strategic reviews.Support and contribute to the decision making of key senior stakeholders through presentations and communications on deals proposals and structuresCollaborate with, and project manage, specialists across a range of disciplines (such as legal, tax and transaction services) to deliver an integrated deals solution for our clientsHarness stakeholder relationships developed through transaction execution and strong deal flow to be a key part of the origination of further M&A activitiesAssist senior team members with business development activities and preparing proposal documentationDrafting and reviewing of marketing materials, including Teaser Documents, Information Memoranda, Management Presentations, Process Letters and Term SheetsConduct financial analysis and build financial modelsYou will support our team to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your execution and client coverage capabilities across a broad range of areas including M&A, strategic reviews and capital raisings.As a Senior Associate in our M&A team you will demonstrate:a strong theoretical understanding of corporate finance and M&A advisory with transactions experience from an investment bank, boutique consulting firm, big four consulting, corporate finance firm or law firmthe ability to develop integrated financial models for business valuation, cash flow or financial analysisstrong business acumen and proven ability to support the deal process;project management and multi-tasking ability as a team player with strong organisational skills;a strong sense of integrity and show care for the people you work with.Ideally you will have completed your Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business degree coupled with further study (e.g. having completed or studying towards a Masters of Applied Finance, CFA and/or CA).About PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
