This role offers support to some of Australia''s most iconic retail, industrial, and health businesses, with flexible work options including work from home.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of liability claims proactively.Coordinate with external service providers such as loss assessors, solicitors, and medico-legal specialists.Collaborate with our in-house legal team to manage legal providers effectively.Review and improve claims processes continuously.Analyze incidents and claims data to improve risk management strategies.Prepare management and performance reports.Provide feedback to stakeholders to enhance claims performance across Wesfarmers Group.Stay informed about legal, insurance, and regulatory developments affecting claims management.Participate in projects and team initiatives as required.Minimum RequirementsAt least 12 months of experience in a liability claims management role.Thorough understanding of general insurance, relevant legislation, and claims processes.Proactive approach with strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.High attention to detail.Ability to work independently and within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Preferred SkillsExperience with Riskonnect claims management software.About WesfarmersWesfarmers is one of Australia''s largest listed companies, with a diverse portfolio including retail, industrials, and energy sectors.
