Enjoy a lifestyle that allows time and space to learn and grow.Employment Type:TemporaryPart Time (to 30 June 2026)Position Classification:Health Mgr Lvl 3Remuneration:$127150 - $144444 per annumHours Per Week:32Requisition ID:REQ579098This position in located in Lismore, alternative work locations may be negotiable within Northern NSW Local Health District.About the roleWe have an exciting position for an experienced Change Manager to work with our Creating a Sustainable Future Together team in:Providing expert advice on change management matters, strategies and solutions, drawing on expertise in change management, project management, and quality improvement methodologies.Supporting a range of district wide strategic and operational initiatives to bring about new ways of organising people, processes, and resources, that achieves greater scale, effectiveness, sustainability and efficiency.Driving faster adoption of change, business process improvement, benefits realisation and sustained business outcomes through effective stakeholder management.Supporting the management and coordination of key programs and projects, developing and implementing project management plans to ensure the success of the Creating a Sustainable Future Together Program (CSFTP) and providing specialist advice as required.Utilising expert skills, knowledge and experience to investigate and facilitate solutions to system problems, improving quality, productivity and efficiency in alignment with the organisation''s strategic priorities.About Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD)We are a healthcare community, caring for the people of the Northern Rivers.
