And if thats you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionAs an Advanced Analytics Support Engineer, you will work with our Support Application Engineers in supporting our customers software and applications that cover a wide spectrum of Advanced Analytics. The scope of applications ranges from diagnostic and predictive to closed-loop control.The work is demanding and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. No two projects are the same professional curiosity and a problem solving desire!You will report to our Advanced Analytics Senior Support Manager and will be based in Austin, TX.Your Responsibilities:Provide product, engineering, and application support to service existing clients including periodic system and application health checks, performance analyses, and develop reports to document findings, and follow-up on recommendations to sustain and maximise the value of our applications.Support market development activities and participate in sales closure activities as requested by team.Support the project staffing process to maximise overall support department margin.Customer-focused to understand and respond to customers'' needs.Collaborate with clients, peers, and management to help develop solutions and ensure partners agreementExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a deep commitment to client service.Deliver our environmental Predictive Emission Monitoring systemPerform technical project activities (design, system integration and installation, data analysis and modelling, application development, site installation, commissioning) as assigned.Identification of technical issues that impact project performance (scope creep, delays, requested change orders).Help document best practices for the use in the development applications.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelors or equivalent degree in chemical engineering or other engineering with heavy modelling, statistics, or process control focus.Someone who is Based in Sydney AustraliaMust be willing to travel up to 25% of the timeThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:5+ years of experience as a process or control engineer in a manufacturing environment.Interest in automation, process control and advanced model-predictive applications.Experience in the process industries (Chemical, Refining).Exposure to instrumentation, industrial control systems, and supervisory control applications.Exposure to advanced process control implementation or business case development.Familiarity with DCS (SCADA, HMI.) or PLC configuration.Experience with model predictive control products.Experience with emissions monitoring systems.Experience in Environmental Monitoring Regulations (PS-16, Part75).What We Offer:Our benefits package includes Comprehensive mindfulness programmes with a premium membership to CalmVolunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employeesCompany volunteer and donation matching programme Your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity can be matched with a charitable donation.Employee Assistance ProgramPersonalised wellbeing programmes through our OnTrack programmeOn-demand digital course library for professional development... and other local benefits!At Rockwell Automation we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you''re excited about this role but your experience doesn''t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
