About The Role Due to multiple project awards, we now have significant opportunities in the Pilbara and are seeking Supervisors with a strong background in Structural and Roads construction projects to ensure the successful delivery of projects in the North West region of WA. This is a full-time position working on a 10:4 FIFO Roster. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate commitment, active involvement, and leadership regarding HSE, client, people, and financial accountabilities. Develop strategic alliances with suppliers and subcontractors. Organise and supervise people, plant, and machinery resources efficiently. Plan works and arrange resources and materials required for jobs. Liaise with senior management to ensure all activities/schedules are adhered to. Ensure team members understand organisational objectives and are focused on their development and delivery of relevant plans. About You Experience in the rail/construction industry and asphalt is essential. Proven supervisory experience. Commitment to the environment, quality, and safety. Outcome-focused with a thorough understanding of factors affecting product and result. Well-developed people management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus ensuring profitable repeat business. Organising and planning skills. Cost control and budgeting skills. Comprehensive knowledge of the rail industry. Understanding of quality systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Internet and Email.
