We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our team. This role will report into the General Manager, Transformation. Are you a Change Manager who is passionate about leading and managing change initiatives while enhancing care quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance? This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, management, and frontline staff to ensure a smooth transition during change projects, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. This is a full-time fixed-term role based in our Coolangatta office. Hybrid opportunities are available for the successful candidate! Here''s what a typical day might look like for you: Develop and implement change management strategies/plans to support organizational initiatives in the aged care sector. Conduct impact assessments and define change goals, including identifying stakeholders, setting objectives, and establishing KPIs. Align change management plans with organizational priorities/regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Develop and execute communication plans to keep staff, residents, and families informed and engaged throughout change projects. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and presentations. About YOU: Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager/Specialist within business transformation initiatives. Qualifications of a bachelor''s degree in business, Health Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter''s 8 Steps) is highly desirable. A minimum of 3 years'' experience in leading complex projects. A minimum of 2 years'' experience in the aged care, healthcare, or community services sector. You hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver''s Licence.
