Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$120,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yrExecutive Recruitment in the Built EnvironmentShopping CentrePrivate OwnerTenant EngagementThe OpportunityWorking on-site at a shopping centre, the role is responsible for the centres retail engagement strategy, to improve overall tenant and customer satisfaction.The CentreThe recently developed shopping centre forms the central point of a larger development, comprising residential towers, boutique hotel and commercial offices.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLease management, in conjunction with the General ManagerFinancial Reporting sales analysis and management reportsRetail Co-ordination managing onboarding of new retailers and pop-ups, resolving operational issues and compliance.Communication newsletters, regular tenant meetings, events, promotions - gathering relevant information and sharing with the team, to maximise centre performance.Experience RequiredThe preferred candidate will possess prior experience in the property sector, including effective partnering with tenants, lease management/property management.In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will be highly motivated and will possess the ability to take the centre to the next level.How to ApplyIf you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please click the Apply button.
