Join to apply for the Project Manager role at BMW Group Financial Services AustraliaJoin to apply for the Project Manager role at BMW Group Financial Services AustraliaOur Process Management and Quality (PMQ) team is looking for a driven Project Manager to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to manage and deliver projects, automate and implement efficiencies, support standardisation of processes and deliver business solutions.What awaits you?Taking ownership, manage end-to-end project delivery, facilitate workshops and training, manage budgets and provide administrative services and guidance to stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.Leverage knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance project efficiency, driving innovation within the organisation.Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes, performance issues and any process change activities.Overseeing and documenting all aspects of projects planning and delivery including training and consultation services.Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges and next steps to stakeholders at all levels.Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.Collaborate with external vendors and strategic partners to align project objectives, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle to achieve mutual goals and drive business success.Qualifications & ExperienceA tertiary qualification in Technology, Science or Engineering or equivalent.Strong knowledge of the financial services industry with a particular emphasis on automotive finance.Demonstrated experience in Agile project management methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner, PMP, Prince 2) is considered advantageous.Strong understanding of the IT landscape, including experience with technology integration and software development processes to effectively manage projects in a tech-driven environment.Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external vendors and strategic partners.In your application, we please ask that you provide a response in your cover letter demonstrating your experience related to the above listed Qualifications and Experience.What do we offer?Attractive remunerationFlexible Work policy and practicesLifelong learning & career developmentBMW & MINI promotions and product offersAnnual spend on BMW & MINI merchandiseFree onsite parkingSubsidised onsite gym, dry cleaning and car wash facilitiesA dynamic, inclusive and sustainable working environmentBMW Group is an equal opportunities employer and takes great pride in fostering and promoting diversity in every aspect of our work life and culture.
