Job Title

We are looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator who will assist the Facilities Manager and Operations Manager with the overall smooth running of ILMs Studio and facilities. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational skills, who is a team player and strives to maximize team and department performance. On any given day, you will work closely with the Technology Team, Facilities Team, Talent Teams, HR Team, and Finance Team. Facilitate maintenance requests from the studio, including ergonomic requirements. Manage all HVAC/BMS requirements. Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, including onboarding new vendors. Oversee First Aid and Fire Warden responsibilities, ensuring training is up to date. Assist the Facilities Manager with reporting. Support the Operations Manager in implementing and driving procedural WHS changes. Build and manage a proactive maintenance program for the studio. Oversee the aesthetics of the studio, working with the Facilities and Operations Managers. Manage ILM car parking for visitors and staff in collaboration with Disney Studios Australia Security team. Provide coverage at the reception desk and assist with all Facilities tasks as required. Cover early and late shifts when needed. Assist with staff events, screenings, and team activities. Support mentoring coordinator and runner roles. Skills and experience required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional organisational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and re-prioritize tasks continually. Detailed and methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues. Team player committed to maximizing team and department performance.
