As part of the Field Sales team, you will manage and develop a team of Independent Sales Contractors responsible for daily ordering, delivery, merchandising, and compliance of bakery products. You will also focus on profitable sales growth in the Independents channel through direct selling and in-store execution of our bakery and grocery products.Territory: Sydney Metro RegionResponsibilitiesManage, mentor, and train Independent Sales Contractors to meet strategic objectivesDrive in-store execution excellence across bakery customersLead contractor meetings to set priorities and manage performanceConduct performance management and disciplinary actions as neededPerform business reviews with customers to align strategies and enhance engagementDevelop and manage B2B relationshipsExpand business opportunities across various market routesAbout YouMinimum 3 years FMCG sales experienceAt least 2 years in people managementStrong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other information systemsExperience with new customer development and relationship buildingUnderstanding of supply chain drivers in FMCGSelf-starter with initiativeValid Driver''s LicenseGrowth mindset and adaptability to changeJoin us to build your career across functions, locations, and brands.
