As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for running the site and managing staff. Your responsibilities will include:Supervising a team of Grain Handlers to ensure the site runs smoothly and efficiently.Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables, and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak seasons.Managing grain receivals and outloads in a safe and efficient manner.Following and helping to ensure others follow all OHS systems and procedures.Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers, and maintaining awareness of local priorities and issues.Dealing closely with internal and external customers.About your experienceThis role requires someone who is hands-on. The successful candidate will have prior experience in general labouring work in agriculture, logistics, trades, or construction.
