You''ll be a trusted advisor to our leaders and employees, helping us maintain a compliant and positive working environment that puts people firstwhether it''s reducing risk on the floor or guiding performance conversations in the office.Key Responsibilities:Workplace Health & Safety (WHS):Manage the sites WHS Management System in line with legislation and company standardsLead risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety auditsProvide guidance to leaders and employees on WHS complianceHuman Resources:Provide advice on performance management, policy application, and employee relationsManage contracts, job descriptions, and HRIS updatesAbout You: 2+ years of experience in HR, safety , or a related field Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationWhy Join?
