Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert:Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Pandora is the worlds largest jewelry maker with a presence in more than 100 countries across the globe.At Pandora, we give a voice to peoples loves.Beloved for our inimitable charm bracelet, Pandora jewelry offers intricate design and craftsmanship, brought to life by the magic of the stories expressed and interpreted by its wearer.As the Merchandising Planner, you will manage the planning process to improve the MFP & OTB methods, ensuring forecast accuracy and optimizing sales and stock efficiency.What youll doTranslate global merchandising strategies into local seasonal financial objectives.Identify local areas of potential and unexplored opportunities to maximize sales, improve stock turn, and enhance positive margin trends.Keep OTB plans up to date and review them monthly with the Global team.Conduct weekly reviews to monitor merchandise OTB plans against last estimates and financial expectations.Communicate key promotional plan dates to the Global MFP/OTB team.Collaborate with local finance on budget setting and review to ensure merchandising forecasts are included in final budget targets.Align cross-functionally with finance and senior leadership to set stock and sell-in targets aligned with sales expectations.Analyze current inventory trends within the cluster and identify possible actions over the next 12 months to optimize KPIs.You have:Experience in merchandising, merchandising planning, or demand planning within a multi/omni-channel company.Passion for the retail market in the cluster, with a deep understanding of seasonality and customer behavior.Strong communication skills with business stakeholders.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.Detail-oriented with a strong drive to resolve issues.Excellent team working and collaboration skills.Whats in it for you?As the largest jewelry brand in the world, our people are key to our success.
