This role is ideal for someone with strong admin skills and analytical abilities who enjoys building relationships and solving problems. You''ll help people stay in work, support employers, and play a key role in achieving employment outcomes.What You''ll Be Doing:Liaise with employers to support successful job placementsProvide support to job seekers in employment through regular check-ins and assistance in resolving challengesManage employment outcomes and wage subsidiesMaintain accurate records in compliance with Workforce Australia guidelinesCollaborate with Job Coaches and internal teams to drive successWhat Youll Need:Proven admin experience, ideally in a busy, service-driven environment such as Retail or a Customer Call CentreExcellent communication and organization skillsA positive, proactive mindset with great attention to detailConfidence using databases, CRM tools, or similar systemsDrivers Licence and willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children''s Check if successfulWhy Join Us?Be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team.
