The Regional Property Manager supervises the day-to-day operations of communities in their assigned area, implementing policies, procedures, and practices to meet financial goals and operational performance objectives. Responsibilities: Oversee all real estate property management functions, including administrative and maintenance operations. Develop and implement leasing and marketing plans, manage resident relations, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with HUD regulations. Prepare monthly financial variance reports for submission to the CFO. Conduct monthly budget reviews to ensure Net Operating Income (NOI) targets are met. Handle resident complaints professionally and promptly. Supervise security measures, incident documentation, lease violation reports, and notifications to management, owners, or insurance carriers. Develop and ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Manage rent levels actively to achieve maximum economic rents, including outreach and resident retention programs. Handle voucher processing through TRACS and coordinate with the Contract Administrator. Coordinate with staff and contractors to ensure work orders are completed with proper documentation. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager. Proficiency in YARDI software. Experience with REAC and MOR inspections. Knowledge of the Virginia residential market, rent stabilization, and affordable housing. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
