My client is a privately owned distribution company and that has a strong reputation in Victoria. Due to a recent vacancy, they require a Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis to lead the Human Resources function.Reporting to the GM, the HR Manager is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources Services, Policies and Programs. You will design, drive and deliver on operational initiatives across the business. In this role you will lead employee lifecycle activities, learning & development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, training and safety.You must be an experienced Human Resources professional that has at least 7 years in a Blue-Collar environment. You must have excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to empower your team and develop their skills.With a salary around $100,000 + super, this role will offer you exposure to all facets of HR and allow you to drive the HR function. #J-18808-Ljbffr
