Reporting directly to the Head of Incident Management, this role is responsible for maintaining a robust incident and breach management approach that delivers to regulatory (including ASIC, APRA and OAIC) and business requirements.DutiesThe ideal candidate has a strong background in stakeholder management and has the confidence and ability to be a true advisor to the business. Your day to day duties will include:Working with the business to manage incidents through their whole lifecycle, including investigating, reporting to regulators (if required), rectifying / remediating (if required), and closing;Providing compliance education and awareness for the Group, supporting an embedment of compliance management across the Group; andProvision of compliance advisory services.What Experience Youll BringIdeally 5 years experience in an insurance business;Prior experience in compliance or incidents management role is ideal;Experience with risk management systems;Leadership and engagement skills, with the ability to manage SME experts;Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.Our PerksLocation Toowong Or KawanaThis role is available at both of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations providing flexibility to choose the office that suits you.
