Position: Heineken Brand AmbassadorEmployment Type: Permanent Full TimeCompany &Location: Lion, Level 7 68 York Street Sydney NSW 2000Advertisement Start Date: Wednesday 28th of May 2025Advertisement End Date: Thursday 26th of June 2025Heineken is seeking a passionate expert on the brand and star serve quality to lead the Australia Star Serve program. You will be employed by our licensed partner for Heineken in Australia Lion, and report to the Heineken Marketing Team.The annual base salary range is between $75000 to $85000 plus 11.5% superannuationAs our Star Serve expert, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and delivering the Star Serve training courses with all the key Heineken venues across Australia. You will travel to the key cities & deliver the training program (including the train-the-trainer program).Your key responsibilities will be:Lead the national rollout of the Heineken Star Serve program, including end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of training courses.Deliver and manage training sessions to over 1000 bar staff across more than 300 venues, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.Design and implement train the trainer programs to build internal capability across venue partners.Develop strategies to improve service performance using digital evaluation tools such as a mystery shopper program.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Field teams, to ensure training is aligned with brand and business goals.Provide feedback, performance analysis, and improvement plans to venue managers to embed continuous learning and adherence to standards.Represent the Heineken brand at key activations and high-profile events, including the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.Maintain and grow long-term relationships with venue partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and development support.About You:Must have a Star Quality Draught Master CertificateMust have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateMust have at least 3 years of Brand Ambassador ExperienceYou are knowledgeable on Heineken & Star Serve, love to speak about the Heineken brand, the quality of our beer, and the importance of the Star Serve ritual.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage national training programs, including planning, scheduling, delivery, and performance measurement.Ability and willingness to travel frequently across major cities and venues nationwideWe are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and leveraging unique perspectives to innovate and grow.If you need specific support or accessibility adjustments during the recruitment process, please reach out to us via inclusionanddiversity@lionco.com.
