PHE Power and Infrastructure is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a Monday-Friday roster based in Goulburn, NSW. You will also benefit from ongoing training and career development.ABOUT YOU:To be successful, you will have the following skills and experience:Experience leading a team on industrial sites.Mechanical or Electrical trade background.Ability to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety by example.Capability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.Enjoyment of problem-solving.Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel.Previous experience in job estimating and quoting.Quality Management experience.Budget management experience.Flexibility and willingness to work away from home as required.LICENCES:Trade Certification (Mechanical or Electrical).High risk work licence with WP Class.Working at Heights certificate obtained within the past 2 years.White Construction Card.Unrestricted C Class Drivers Licence.Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.Please ensure all tickets and licences are current to commence on site.
