Project Description: The Ar Rjum Project is a greenfield gold project comprising three open-pit mining operations with associated waste dumps, ore stockpiles, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure including water and power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, and accommodation villages. The project is located within the Central Arabian Gold Region, approximately 200 km northeast of Taif towards Riyadh, and about 26 km south of Al Mouwayh, on the Jeddah Riyadh highway. Job Summary: As Project Controls Manager, you will lead a team managing cost engineering, estimating, analysis, forecasting, and planning activities for a technically complex project. You will provide leadership, guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery. This is a full-time position with potential work-from-home options, requiring at least three days of in-person attendance weekly at the designated office or project site. Weekly schedules will be coordinated with your supervisor. Major Responsibilities: Manage cost engineering, estimating, analysis, and scheduling activities requiring high technical expertise. Develop project estimates and cost forecasts. Support organizational and administrative project activities. Provide specialized guidance on cost engineering and scheduling. Identify and propose solutions to cost and scheduling challenges. Review financial data and project reports related to costs and revenue. Perform other assigned responsibilities. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree (or international equivalent) with 13-15 years of relevant experience, or 17-19 years of work experience. Knowledge and Skills: Experience in planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and financial reporting in field and office settings. Ability to independently plan, organize, and review cost and scheduling products with professional judgment. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
