Spicy Web is an award-winning digital marketing and design agency based in Melbourne, known for delivering results-first, creative strategies. Were on the lookout for a talented and driven Digital Producer to lead the delivery of our website design and development projects. This role sits at the heart of our production team balancing client relationships, internal coordination, and delivery excellence across both major projects and ongoing support work. Youll work closely with designers, developers, and account managers to scope, schedule, and deliver websites that not only look great, but perform. As a key client-facing role, youll also support our sales efforts and contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the agency. At Spicy Web, we believe in doing Good Work for Good People partnering with purpose-driven brands that are great to work with, and that we are proud to represent.Key Responsibilities:Project Management & DeliveryOversee the end-to-end delivery of website design and development projectsManage timelines, budgets, and quality across multiple concurrent projectsCoordinate internal design and development teams to ensure smooth deliveryOversee general support work for existing clients, including updates and maintenanceMaintain strong documentation and project visibility using Asana and other toolsScoping, Quoting & Resource PlanningWork with the design and dev teams to scope new projects with clear deliverablesDevelop accurate quotes and timelines that align with client expectations and internal capacityAllocate resources effectively across the team, balancing workloads and deadlinesClient Acquisition & RetentionSupport the sales team by contributing to proposals, project scopes, and client pitchesLead client communications throughout the project lifecycle, from onboarding to deliveryBuild long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and ongoing supportContent Marketing & Agency GrowthCollaborate on content including case studies, award submissions, and thought leadershipHelp showcase our best work and drive visibility across industry channelsStrengthen our relationships with platform partners such as Craft CMS and ShopifyAbout You:Experienced in leading digital or creative projects from brief to launchSkilled in project scoping, quoting, scheduling, and deliveryComfortable juggling multiple clients and timelines in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding communicator and natural relationship builderDetail-oriented, highly organised, and calm under pressureConfident working across creative, technical, and strategic disciplinesFamiliar with CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Craft CMS) and project tools (e.g. Asana, Slack)Proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine desire to make things betterAbout Spicy Web:Flex-work Friendly Embrace a true work/life balance with a flexible hybrid model that works for you.
