Responsibilities include: Donor care, retention, acquisition, growth, upgrades, and renewals Driving supporter engagement to convert one-off donors to monthly donors Collaborating with the digital fundraising team to acquire new regular donors via digital marketing strategies Reporting on campaigns using data analytics and segmentation Skills Required Ideal candidates will have a background in campaigning or fundraising, understanding donor journeys and supporter engagement, in contexts such as political, advocacy, or not-for-profit sectors.
