Job Title

We are looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator who will assist the Facilities Manager and Operations Manager with the overall smooth running of ILMs Studio and facilities.We seek an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational skills, who is a team player and strives to maximize team and department performance.On any given day, you will work closely with the Technology Team, Facilities Team, Talent Teams, HR Team, and the Finance Team.Your responsibilities will include:Facilitating maintenance requests from the studio, including ergonomic requirements.Managing all HVAC/BMS requirements.Managing relationships with contractors and suppliers, including onboarding new vendors.Managing First Aid and Fire Wardens, ensuring training is up to date.Assisting the Facilities Manager with reporting.Assisting the Operations Manager with implementing and driving procedural WHS changes.Building and managing a proactive maintenance program for the studio.Maintaining the aesthetics of the studio in collaboration with the Facilities and Operations Managers.Managing ILM car parking for visitors and staff in coordination with Disney Studios Australia Security team.Providing coverage at the reception desk and with all Facilities tasks when required.Covering early and late shifts as needed.Assisting with staff events, screenings, and team activities.Supporting mentoring coordinator and runner roles.Skills and experience required:Minimum 3 years in a similar role.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional organisational skills.Ability to manage time effectively and re-prioritize tasks continually.Detailed and methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.A team player committed to maximizing team and department performance.This position is with Lucasfilm Entertainment Company Ltd.
