We are now hiring a Casual Test Administrator to join our team at our 333 Adelaide Street, Brisbane location.Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork and has availability to work a variety of shifts across weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Our operating hours are between 7am and 11pm.We offer an attractive pay rate of $35.87 per hour. Candidate must be flexible to work a range of morning and evening shifts. This is strictly a Casual position and will remain as such.As a Test Administrator youll be responsible for:Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure exam delivery environmentComplying with all testing procedures and strictly adhering to company policiesChecking and verifying candidates'' identification against test registration and assisting them in setting up for the testExplaining the exam procedures and proctoring/invigilating candidates during testingTroubleshooting with internal departments to fix any technical issuesEscalating any policy breaches immediately to the relevant business personnelCompleting light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examinationPerforming other ad hoc duties as directedTo be successful in the position youll have:A high school diploma or equivalentPreferably, a minimum of 1-year customer service experienceHighly desirable experience in proctoring or invigilating examsBeginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)The ability to sit for long periods of time and to bend and lift up to 10 kilograms independentlyComfort in a quiet testing environment, with the ability to hear soft voices and see details from a distanceCore CompetenciesDetail OrientedCommunication SkillsProblem SolvingCustomer FocusEthics and ValueWho we are:At Pearson, our purpose is simple: to help people realize the life they imagine through learning.
