As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with our Residential Care, Care at Home, and Retirement Living teams, providing expert advice and hands-on support across all aspects of HR. This is a true business partnering role-no two days are the same. Youll be the go-to for managers and employees, helping to shape a positive workplace culture and ensure best practice in all things people. This role offers flexibility, as it can be based at any of our RFBI sites, without the need to relocate to our Sydney Head Office.Key Responsibilities:Coach and influence managers to drive engagement, capability, and performance across diverse teams.Provide pragmatic advice on employee relations, performance management, and complex casework-including difficult conversations, dispute resolution, and union negotiations.Partner with leaders to deliver workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.Support organisational change and drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments, and RFBI policies.Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace that reflects RFBIs values.About YouYou are a confident communicator and natural relationship builder, able to quickly earn trust at all levels. Youre comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the tough stuff-whether thats managing disputes, negotiating with unions, or guiding leaders through challenging conversations.
