You will work closely with the NSW Senior Leadership Team to support the whole NSW employee group.You will spend your days supporting the HR initiatives of the group, reporting on metrics to help guide decision making and workforce planning, acting as a trusted advisor providing support and people advice, as well as influencing engagement, positive culture and facilitate best practise HR Principles.It is a requirement of this position to regularly be onsite in clinics located in CBD, Bondi Junction, Penrith and ParamattaMost importantly, you will be given the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by an experienced and diverse group of HR professionals and the ability to develop and grow professionally.In this role you will be accountable for:Supporting the NSW leadership team on all HR-related mattersEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholdersProviding business-focused, operational HR advice and servicesInterpreting and advising on HR policies and employment legislationContributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of company policies, processes and improvement initiativesDelivering value-added service to management and employeesEmbracing and supporting the Group HR strategyHR Metrics and reporting within the NSW Business unitParticipating and supporting P&C initiatives and programsAre you the ideal candidate for us?If you are feeling energised and excited about the idea of making a real difference and helping people achieve their family goals, we would love to hear from you.
