Ideally we are looking for a candidate who enjoys problem-solving, has a passion for delivering five star service and is enthusiastic about working nights.The Successful Applicant Will Be Responsible ForOverseeing the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift and ensuring efficiency & compliance with company policies and proceduresRepresenting the hotel brand with every guest interaction and exceeding their expectationsThe end of day financial accounting, reconciliation, data entry & reportingCompiling daily reports and statistics for head office and hotel executive managementResolving any guest complaints and operational issues that may ariseEnsuring the safety and security of guests, staff and hotel property at all timesPreparing and delivering room service orders in the absence of room service staffCoaching, leading and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional serviceAbout YouThe ideal candidate will possess the following:Experience in Opera cloudHigh level of excel skillsPrevious experience in similar capacityExcellent customer service, communication and time management skillsAvailable to work shifts 11pm 7am.
