Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Business Support Officers and Administration Officers to work within a busy Federal Government Agency. This will require a high level of administrative skills, good communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.$36 - $43 per hour + SuperannuationFull Time Hours, Monday - FridayLong-term contract, CBD locationAbout the roleThe Business Support Officers will provide operational and administrative support to multiple sectors and departments within the company.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholdersResponding to enquiries via phone and emailDiary and email managementReceiving, analysing and accurately recording complaints and any other feedbackScheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangementsProviding a high level of organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet complex and multiple deadlines through prioritising work accordinglyEntering related data into relevant systems and ensuring the confidential management of sensitive informationMaintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism across all duties and responsibilitiesWe are looking for an individual that:Proven experience working within the public sector is highly regardedPrevious or current demonstrated customer service skillsAdvanced skills in word processing, Excel and PowerPoint applicationsExperience working independently and in a team environmentExperience in working with high volumes of workHigh level skills in verbal and written communication and able to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levelsPlease note: For Federal Government opportunities, all potential candidates must be Australian Citizens.Successful candidates will need to have checks and clearances conducted.Whats in it for you?Join Randstad''s community of contractors for customer service roles across various Government departments.
