The role will ensure compliance with financial regulations, delivery of accurate financial reporting, managing period-end general ledger closing and contributing to the company strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end financial reporting in EMEA region, including statutory and internal management reportsManage technical accounting, audits, and treasury for regional legal entitiesDeliver weekly cash reporting for OBL GroupControl vendor payments and sales invoices, review and approve relevant journal postings in the systemLead and mentor the regional finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentOwner of regional employee expense claims, credit card payments in the systemDrive finance transformation and process improvement across reporting and controlsManage ad hoc requests from investment managers, such as prepare and review costs/ settlement/distribution overviews to support the businessWhat Were Looking For:Were looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a range of financial functions. The ideal candidate will have:A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or FinanceCA, CPA, or ACCA certificationA minimum of 5 years'' relevant experience, preferably with exposure to financial reporting for listed companiesProven experience in financial management, including consolidations, month-end close, budgeting, and both statutory and management reporting across multiple entitiesUp-to-date knowledge of IFRS accounting standardsExperience in the litigation funding sector or broader financial services is highly regarded but not essentialExposure to financial systems or data migrations is advantageousExperience working in European marketsparticularly the Netherlandsis a plus, though not requiredWillingness to occasionally work outside standard hours to collaborate with our Dutch and UK officesin return, the role offers significant flexibilityWhy Join Omni Bridgeway?
