Join to apply for the Project Risk Manager role at Reserve Bank of Australia Opportunity for an experienced Project Risk Manager to join the Bank''s internal project team responsible for delivering a major construction project to reconstruct the Head Office building in the Sydney CBD. Provide risk management and governance support, with expertise in business and construction risk. The project is within the Bank''s Workplace Department, which manages the Bank''s property, workspace, and physical security needs. The role will liaise closely with the Bank''s Risk and Compliance Department to support the consistent and effective application of the Bank''s risk management framework. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end risk management throughout the project lifecycle, providing specialised advice on risk identification, documentation, monitoring, and reporting, in line with the Bank''s Risk and Compliance Management Framework. Ensure all relevant risks and mitigation actions are included in reports, producing timely risk reports and standardising risk documentation processes. Foster a risk-conscious environment among project teams, motivating proactive risk management. Facilitate risk workshops, establish risk registers, oversee mitigation actions, and conduct periodic reviews with project managers. Report to the Project Director and provide governance support for regular reporting, developing visual reports for decision making. Required Qualifications and Experience: Advanced knowledge of business risk and experience developing and implementing risk management plans on large-scale projects. Over 10 years of experience managing project risks and reporting. Ability to work with senior stakeholders to enhance risk capabilities. Proven ability to produce insightful risk reports for decision-making. Experience operating within a three lines of accountability model. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills at a senior level. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, construction, or technology risk.
