By raising your hand, fostering relationships, and seizing the moment, you can take control of your own unique path.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to build on your operational experience and stakeholder management skills, to develop as a Safety Advisor at our Larapinta site.What youll doTake accountability for supporting the development and implementation of Primary Connects Safety, Health & Well-being (SH&W) system and associated programs and initiatives.Promote safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of workingDeliver effective risk management processes to ensure SH&W risks are identified, assessed and controlled; provision of technical support and promote safe workplace behaviours.Deliver timely, accurate, and quality assured safety performance data to businesses including supporting external benchmarking activities and in analysis of such data.Implement, maintain and improve Safety, Well-being and Environment programs, systems, tools and training.Conduct risk assessments and provide advice during change management processes.Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to support the investigation of incidents, determine root causes and corrective actions and share investigation learnings to prevent recurrence.Conduct first line of defence audits and support close out of any gaps.What youll bringAppetite to grow a working knowledge of safety legislation, codes of practice and standardsStrong stakeholder management skills, internally and externallyConsultative and innovative approach to deliver best practice outcomesIncident Investigation experience ICAM or equivalentDeliver risk assessments and manage change in the delivery of SH&W initiativesImplementation of risk management programsEndless possibilities with Woolworths GroupWere a proud part of the Woolworths Group 200,000+ bright minds, passionate hearts and unique perspectives working together connected by a shared Purpose to create better experiences together for a better tomorrow.Here youll be supported and empowered to explore new ideas, make brave commitments and innovate better ways to meet the food and everyday needs of more than 24 million customers every week.
