You will be responsible for the creation of the creative assets for global marketing campaigns. It requires a blend of artistic vision, strategic thinking, and managerial skills to ensure that creative projects meet business objectives and resonate with target audiences.What youll be doing:Establishing the visual direction for all marketing materials supporting the North American Hospitality, EMEA Retail and APAC marketing campaigns.Collaborating with internal teams and managing freelance contributors to communicate feedback effectively and optimize stakeholder input.Executing major campaigns with advanced skills in concept development and brand storytelling.Managing and supervising contracted and part-time designers, sharing best practices, and fostering their growth.Overseeing the execution of concepts across various media channels, ensuring tactics deliver on performance objectives and elevate the brand.Managing your own projects independently and meeting deadlines.Proactively recommending improvements to processes and outputs.Adhering to brand guidelines to maintain global brand consistency.And a little bit ofContributing to organizational objectives, such as creating assets for internal use.What you need to bring:We''re looking for an experienced designer with:A portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality work.Extensive background in multidisciplinary design in a related field.Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.An eye for detail and the ability to elevate work from good to great.A passion for being part of a global, inclusive, and creative environment.Strong presentation and storytelling skills to inspire others.Leadership and communication skills for leading larger initiatives.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Nice to Haves;Management or team lead experience, or industry experience in retail or restaurants.Interest in implementing AI technologies to streamline workflows.Proficiency in related tools including email builders, HTML, CSS.We believe people are more than their CVs.
