Additionally, you''ll ensure quality by monitoring progress, reporting, tracking, and managing risks.This is apermanentopportunity based inGadigal Country (Sydney).About YouProven experience as an ER practitioner in a commercial organisation of significant complexity and preferably across multiple jurisdictions, including work with complex clients, advice and employment arrangements.Experience in payroll wage compliance initiatives to ensure employee entitlements are compliant with industrial instrument(s).Experience in project and change management including cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and data analysis skills.Experience working in an agile environment, exercising good judgment with incomplete information.Strategic and pragmatic mindset able to anticipate issues and take an active approach resolving themAbility to influence stakeholders at a range of organisational levelsProven ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate into internal environmentApplications closeMonday, 9 June 2025.About UsIAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
